About SPATIAL Careers
Founded by Daniel Pikett, a Level 7 Careers Adviser with a personal diagnosis of ADHD and autism, we are dedicated to transforming careers guidance for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), care-experienced (CE) learners, and vulnerable learners in Alternative Provisions (AP).
We are deeply passionate about helping young people find their place in the world, and we are committed to helping learners recognise their value and the brilliant gifts they bring to the community and workplace. Our goal is to support young people in reaching their full potential by embracing the diverse ways they think, learn, and contribute. This is not just about social justice—it’s about creating inclusive, fulfilling career paths for everyone.
Our Integrated Approach
We combine innovative approaches with collaborative efforts to ensure equitable career opportunities for all learners.
Technology Integration
Advanced tools including artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and gaming technologies to enhance career exploration
Community Engagement
Collaboration with educators, employers, and community organisations for real-world learning experiences
Advocacy & Awareness
Promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion while addressing barriers faced by SEND, CE, and AP learners
How Our Programme Excels

We know that a one hour sit down talk isn’t suitable for everyone, especially for many young people
with SEND. That’s why we have created a programme that has a variety of engaging activities for all
learning styles and sensory needs.

VR Technology
Immersive learning with META Quest 3 VR. Explore interactive games for problem-solving and teamwork.
Lego
Creating a calm environment for the learners to express themselves and show us how they see the world.
Card Based Resources
A range of resources including What's Your Strength cards to create a positive focus on careers learning.
Schools See The Impact We Make...
“Daniel was able to build an instant rapport with our fabulous young people and put them at their ease
with a natural, nurturing style of communication. He understood the complex needs of each young
person and was able to tailor each session accordingly. He listened carefully to needs and aspirations
and was extremely knowledgeable in providing relevant, bespoke advice to each young person in a timely
manner. In one instance, Daniel took immediate action to source numerous potential placements for a
young person leaving at the end of the year who had yet to find an appropriate placement post Bladon”
