Our goal is to support young people in reaching their full potential by embracing the diverse ways they think, learn, and contribute. This is not just about social justice—it’s about creating inclusive, fulfilling career paths for everyone.
Our Story
Our founder, Daniel Pikett, is a proud neurodivergent individual with a personal diagnosis of ADHD and autism. With qualifications as a Level 7 Careers Adviser and a Level 7 Careers Leader, Daniel initially sought to train in career guidance for individuals with SEND at Nottingham Trent University. However, he struggled to find environments that fully supported neurodivergent learners due to the underdevelopment of this area.

Determined to make a difference, Daniel dedicated himself to advocating for neurodiversity, an effort that earned him the Outstanding Alumni Award and inspired the creation of SPATIAL Careers in early 2023.

Since then, SPATIAL has partnered with schools and trusts nationwide, delivering impactful career guidance and helping hundreds of young people approach their next steps with confidence.
